#MatExp #WhoseShoes invited to share NHS England stand
Fantastic opportunity to showcase our work, by taking the little #MatExpOnTour bus up to the RCM conference in Manchester. Siobhan Lendz and some of her NHS England colleagues made me extremely welcome. We set up Whose Shoes? by the stand and generated a huge amount of interest – for example I am looking forward to running a mini session at the national Strategic Clinical Network event in December. Lovely chance to get to know Birte Harlev-Lam, Jacqui Dunkley-Bent, Michele Upton and others who now understand much more about Whose Shoes? and how the initial email from Florence Wilcock asking about the dementia-related work I was doing in Kent has sparked the #MatExp change platform. And the rest, as they say, is history!
